Fort St. George is a really old and strong fort in Chennai. It was made by British people a long time ago.

The fort is like a big house where they did important things when they were in charge.

They also built a beautiful church called St. Mary’s Church, and it’s very old too. Inside the fort, there’s a museum where they keep old things from the past like toys, coins, and paintings.

The fort is also where the leaders of Tamil Nadu work. People can visit the fort to see its buildings and learn about history
