The Daat Kali Temple is located in Dehradun. A long, long time ago, when they were building a big road, the goddess Kali appeared in a dream to a worker and told him to build a temple there. People believe that she gave him an idol and told him to make a temple.

The temple is all about the goddess Kali, who is very powerful. At this temple, there are flames that come out of rocks, and they have been burning since 1921. It’s like a magic fire!

People go to this temple to ask for blessings, especially for their cars. They have a special ceremony called “car puja” to keep their cars safe from bad things. They also bring offerings like oil, flour, and ghee to give to the goddess.
