Panchami Tithi will start at 2:41 pm on 13th February and end at 12:09 pm on 14th February.
Auspicious time to worship Basant Panchami: On February 14, from 7:01 am to 12:35 pm.

Pooja Method:

1. Clean the Pooja place and spread a red cloth.

2. Install the statue or picture of Mother Saraswati on the post.

3. Offer yellow flowers, Akshat, Roli, sandalwood, turmeric and sweets to Mother Saraswati.

4. Chant mantras during the worship of Mother Saraswati and ask for her blessings.

5. Perform aarti while chanting mantras and distribute prasad.

Pooja Mantra:

Om Saraswati Devyai Namah(ॐ सरस्वती देव्यै नमः) .

Om Hreem Kleem Aem Saraswatyai Namah(ॐ ह्रीं क्लीं ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः) .

Om Buddhi Vidya Pradayini Swaha(ॐ बुद्धि विद्या प्रदायिनी स्वाहा) .

After Pooja:

After the puja, perform Aarti of Goddess Saraswati and distribute Prasad.
