Tarkeshwar Mahadev Mandir is a special place where people go to pray to Lord Shiva. They believe that the statue of Lord Shiva came out of the ground all by itself, like magic! This makes many people from near and far come to the temple to show their respect and love.

The temple is very old and has a shiny floor made of marble. Inside, there is a round black stone called a shivling, which looks like Lord Shiva. It has pretty drawings on it in gold. There’s also a statue of a bull called Nandi, who is Lord Shiva’s special friend.

The temple has big metal bells that make a loud sound when they are hit. People ring them during special times, like parties for the gods.
