About Netaji Defence Academy in Gorakhpur

Netaji Defence Academy is the result of a pioneering effort to provide quality education through experiential learning by “SanikSahakariAwas Samiti Ltd.”, Reg No. 994 dated 04.11.1985, an unique organization of Defence (Indian Airforce, Army & Navy) veterans, dedicated to the welfare of serving and retired personnel of Armed Forces. The School established on 23rd January 1997, on the occasion of birth anniversary of Neta jee Subhash Chandra Bose, a great freedom fighter, has been striving hard to ensure imparting of world class education to the children, a right which can never be overlooked. The education sector has reached its peak by leaps and bounds in the country. Keeping in view that Gorakhpur city should not be deprived of Global Class and coveted CBSE 10+2 school, the SSAS came up with a unique concept of education i.e., “Child Centered”, quality and affordable, thus providing a viable platform for alround development of the children. In this backdrop, adding a feather in the cap to the education sector in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh, the NDA is a dream project of Defence Veterans whose dedication, devotion and unflinching loyalty to the nation and society is known worldwide.
