Little Flower School, established and managed by the Catholic Diocese of Gorakhpur, is a prominent English Medium School in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. It was founded on July 14, 1984, with an initial enrollment of 110 students in Class VI. The school was a realization of the long-held aspiration of the people of Gorakhpur to have a high-quality educational institution that provides excellent education to children studying in primary schools.

As an institution governed by the Catholic Church and belonging to a minority community, the primary objective of Little Flower School is to educate the children of the Catholic community. However, the school is also dedicated to providing its services to all people, irrespective of their caste, sex, creed, or religion, with the aim of preserving their unique religious, linguistic, and cultural identities.
